Needles and pen: the live readingPeriod toggles and lampsTarget band on each scaleIllustrative data, not a client's: 24 weeks of a small team's revenue, utilisation and task records. The toggles pick one, four or twelve weeks to week 32; the meters show revenue against the period before, mean utilisation and mean open tasks, a lamp lights under each meter whose needle sits in its target band, the recorder draws revenue for each working day (Sunday to Friday) and the drum counts tasks closed (564 over twelve weeks).
